An Endocapsular Tension Ring is an extremely useful device for the cases of zonular dehiscence. However, the technique of insertion is difficult even in the expert hands since the anatomy of ocular structures is disturbed in cases which require the endocapsular ring. Moreover the manipulation is to be performed through either side port incision (1.4mm) or main Phaco incision (2.8 to 3.2mm). The endocapsular ring can be comfortably inserted in the capsular bag in a very controlled manner with the help of a disposable injector system, which is extremely easy to use.

Diject-disposable injector system

diject- disposable injector system is specially designed for smoother and safer delivery of foldable iol. The surgeon can insert foldable lens from 1. 8mm to 3. 2mm incision with various cartridges. This special delivery injection system is made by a combination of advanced polymers of medical grade and high-tech molding technique, diject offers better management of complications during iol implantation, as well as post operative complications (such as corneal deformation due to a widened incision).

• this injection system uses hydraulic effect of the viscoelastic solution to push the iol with a silicone stopper.
